Rebekah Lorenz
Rebekah Lorenz has performed with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Boston Pops Orchestra, Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, the Rochester Philharmonic, among other professional orchestras and ensembles. She has appeared with Renée Fleming in Carnegie Hall, Michael Tilson Thomas and the New World Symphony, and appears on the Eastman Wind Ensemble 2018 album Images. She has enjoyed summers performing at the Aspen Music Festival, Orford Musique, Domaine Forget, Festival Napa Valley, and SoundScape Contemporary Music Festival. Rebekah completed a Master of Music at the New England Conservatory (2019) where she studied with James Sommerville. She holds a Bachelor of Music from the Eastman School of Music (2017) from the studio of W. Peter Kurau. Born in South Bend, IN, Rebekah is thrilled to return to the state and join the Carmel Symphony Orchestra for a principal horn trial for the 22-23 season.
